We do not sell, share or release personal information about Cognitive Media customers or website visitors.

Cognitive Media complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. We understand that we have a legal duty to protect any personal information we collect from you. We will only use personal information you supply to us for the reason that you provided it for and for as long as necessary.

If you unsubscribe from our e-mailing list or delete your account, we will delete all your information from our records. Information such as credit card number and mailing address are only maintained for a period of time necessary for bookkeeping and tax purposes and will be automatically deleted after a period of time.

We will not share your information to any other parties and Cognitive Media employees or contractors that may have access to your personal data or are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect your confidentiality.

The way we treat personal information is not subject to change. If changes are made in the future, they will not affect data already collected
