We Are Cognitive, a visual thinking and storytelling creative agency. Since our founder, Andrew Park, started the company in 2004, we’re now firmly established as the world leaders in whiteboard animation and explainer videos. Creating memorable and engaging visually led content is our passion and our aim is to help people around the world think, learn, inspire, and communicate through the power of visual storytelling. Our creative teams of illustrators, animators, scriptwriters, and project managers are dedicated to helping organisations, businesses and academics around the world explain their message in a clear, engaging, and memorable way, creating animations that captivate audiences and leave lasting impressions.

We partner with hundreds of clients worldwide, from start-ups and charities to global brands, and from top Universities to world renowned thought leaders. But we’re also wise about who we partner with. We want our animations to have a positive impact on society, so we don’t work with organisations involved with arms, gambling and tobacco, along with other types of industries our teams are ethically and morally opposed to.

We’re a remote working company and we understand this has some challenges from a team working, culture and health and wellbeing perspective. So that’s why we have a strong focus on daily communication and collaboration across all our teams, as well as coaching, mentoring, training and development, through regular 1-to-1’s and development appraisals. We are committed to support our teams’ wellbeing and health, not only by keeping them actively engaged, but there are also various initiatives and resources available to them, such as health and wellbeing advice and support and reward and recognition programs.
