Molly

Project Manager

Molly joined us in November 2022 as a Project Manager. Her background is in languages, and she worked in project management in the translation industry.  

She’s well suited to project management because she likes working independently, staying on top of things, and overcoming challenges creatively.  

Molly’s an adventure-seeker, having grown up immersed in different cultures. Photography is her main hobby, along with collecting records, especially jazz and hip-hop. As a music-lover, it’s no surprise that a favourite We Are Cognitive animation for Molly is A Change Is Gonna Come, a film about the impact of soul music, made for the BBC to mark Black History Month.
